Default Two codes please help

2001 SE

As I started to drive back home work the light popped up, I drove the car easy the rest of the way home. I did the key dance and these codes came up.

P1684 Battery Disconnected Within Last 50 Starts <-- did not do
Frome what I read this code poping up is uaually caused by another code

**P0551 Power Steering Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
How serious is this code?
Can I still drive with it on?
What do I need to do to fix the issue.

If I got a scan at autozone would it tell me more than "Power Steering Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance"

Last codes i got was P1689 and 0171
but that was back and may, then went away days later on its own.

Your engine light came on and you got a P0551? If you're worried about driving your car with a Powersteering pressure switch code (PSPS) I wouldn't be too worried. When you turn the wheel of your car the PSPS is closed by the pressure in your steering system which alerts the PCM to raise the idle to compensate for the load that the powersteering system is placing on the engine. The worst that can happen is that your engine MAY stall during a parking lot maneuver but more than likely it will just have a low idle while turning.

Same code? If your light comes on it usually means you're going to have to fix something..

It doesn't matter. Mine has been like that for a year and a half and I've had zero issues. The switch is like $28 from Autozone.
