Front end damage, advice?
I did hit the engine somehow.
The air box is gone, the power steering reservoir is gone, the intake manifold has a hole in it, the upper torque strut is not intact, I don't know whats other damages were done to this car.

If you want to know what the upper torque strut on your car look like, search Google. I drew a red circle around it, but I'm not allowed to upload the picture on here. It has exceed the size limit.

Yea the other car isn't too bad. I realize I need to pay for all this. As far as the carfax report, not concerned whether it shows up or not. It's not even a HUGE thing up here in Canada. Either way. I will look into the engine mounts as well. When I say the airbox is done, it was just cracked near the bottom at the front of the car. Most of the impact was in the rad+shroud. THe power steering pump wasn't too bad other than the reservoir was just cracked off which caused all the fluid to come out.
No harm in me trying to fix it anyways. If it doesn't track straight and there is a bunch of underlying work that I can't see then I will scrap it, but I still think I can get another year out of it with these fixes. Hopefully

It seem seem easy, but like Kyle said: it's quite a project.
Good luck fixing your car.

Trying to find your google image. Can you post the URL of it and I can go manually? Tried googling upper torque strut neon and upper torque strut 2000 neon
See my attachment.
The red circle shows the upper torque strut. Clearly, it's not intact. Probably due to the impact.
The lower torque strut is on the same passenger side. It look very similar to the upper torque strut.
The engine mount is in the middle of those two (same passenger side). It supports the engine weight.
The transmission mount is on the driver side.
So, you have 4 mounts total. Two of them are called torque struts. They keep the engine from rocking back and forth. The other two mounts support the engine, and transmission weights.
Those mounts are very important. You need to check on them.

As long as the car drive straight, and parts don't fall out.
It's still a drive able car.
