Default New headlamp housing

I just recieved my new headlamps I picked up for $63 which came with bulbs.

The housing bolts though did not and mine are rusted to sh!! I actually broke two trying to remove them earlier in the year.

What are these bolts called and could anyone give me the length and thread size if possible.

I can get a percent off at dodge but, I am sure I could find them else where for less.

If the used ones I get arnt the greatest I can always soak them I guess

I wanted to replace a lot of the ground screws and other bolts under the hood since most are pretty rusty / corroded
