Nah. I apologize for the not-so-nice attitude in my replies. I've been working non-stop for the past few weeks with only about 3 days off. Still have 4 more to go before I get another off and still have the dang car sitting in the driveway. I still haven't had anytime to get it to the body shop since the accident. Just a little edgy and cranky I guess. Doesn't make it right to vent here and take it out on anyone. Sorry man, seriously.

its kool man. i understand. I would be pissed at the world if something happend to my baby 2. You do need to vent so that others will tell you it'll be ok and you'll feel better about it.

ya, hope ya getter running. my neons not perfect. its seen a ditch or too from previous owners.

In the end what is true and what isnt lol

This thread has sadly gotten my slow brain confused.

What will changing the FPR help / accomplish, should it be changed even if you don't think its failing
Was arno right about the injecters
etc...

I stand behind my previous statement. The FPR is completely unrelated to piston slap.

either way it helped my car. FPR was old and not returning fuel into the tank. cold starts are now quiter.

Edit the one reply of mine in this entire thread in which I was wrong about one thing? I don't believe that is known as getting "owned."

This thread has served its purpose, I think. If anyone feels otherwise, feel free to PM me about why it should be reopened.
