2004 Dodge neon sxt - convert to a srt-4? Help!?

I just got my 2004 dodge neon sxt and i want to convert it to a srt-4 would it be cheaper to just buy a srt-4 or convert it? Also how much do yall think it would cost?

Sell the SXT and buy an SRT

That is of course if you can find one in your area. For every 50 or so Neons I see daily, only 1 is an SRT.
