have you checked both fuse panels? Including the pcm fuse under the hood?

I was wiring LED strips inside my neon. When i was done i turned the key and i had nothing. No truning over, no click...absolutley nothing. I first thought i fried my starter due to a bad/improper ground. I had power to the dash but nothing else. I pulled all the fuses to see if they were good. All of them LOOKED okay. I had a bunch of spare fuses, so i started pulling/replacing fuses that i thought would cause the car not to start. I went into the fuse box inside my drivers door and replaced a 15 amp fuse. I'm almost positive it was the ENG RLY, ENG MOD fuse in slot 10. It didn't look blown, but i figured it was worth a shot. I Replaced it, crossed my fingers, turned the key, and it fired right up. One tiny 15 amp fuse caused the whole car to shut down. Start with the ENG RLY, ENG MOD fuse. If that doesnt work, try replacing other fuses. It is the easiest and cheapest place to start diagnosing a problem.
Hope this helps!
