Default Tailights taking on water?

I recently replaced my stock tailights in my 2002 Neon Se, with a pair of chrome Anzo tailights. When i removed the passenger side light, there was a good amount of water in it. The seal didnt look to bad. So i guess my question is, what can i do my Anzos so they dont get water in them? Is there something i can use to seal them?
I'm open to any suggestions, thanks

Also, does anyone know anything about Spec-d Halo Projecting headlights? Yay? Nay?

If there was water in the housing, the housing itself was either cracked somewhere or the seal around the lens was broken. If you want to put some extra sealant around the lens, you can get some butyl rubber from Nissan. People have also used clear silicone with success. Your call.

-You can also get a tube of butyl rubber sealer for a standard caulking gun from your local Ace Hardware or Lowe's store. It should be a bit cheaper than getting sealer from the dealer. (yeah, I know that rhymed!)

If i put sealer or silicone around the housing, will that stick to my frame? Cause i still want to be able to remove the tailight. I don't want it to be permantly stuck to the frame

You place a bead of sealant around the lens/housing, let it dry, and then install it.
