05 Neon SXT .I noticed in the last few days that its cranking a few cycles longer to start If you then shut it off and restart, it starts right up. What should i be looking for and how to do test procedures?

Also .Whats that thingy at end of the fuel rail line feed next to the firewall? Thats a little wet.

That little part that's wet is the problem.

If it's leaking gas, it is defective and causing low fuel pressure when the car sits and needs to be replaced.

I think it's called fuel pulsation damper.
