Hello I am new to this forum and have a question that maybe somebody can help me with, when I start up my 05 dodge neon the rpms will surge from 1000 to 1500 3 times and then idle normally, I have replaced plugs wires and camshaft position sensor, any ideas?

 

Check your vacuum lines. Make sure that the bellows tube connecting your TB and IM is fully intact.
