I have a 2000 dodge neon it's my wifes car. the washer pump does not spray i have checked fuses. no fuses are bad. i have replaced the washer pump and still nothing. what would cause it to get no power? could the wiper switch on the steering column be bad? or is there a relay that has gone bad?

 

Are any of the washer lines broken (i.e.- the fluid isn't making it to the nozzles)? ETA: I see you say there is no power? Have you made sure the pump is getting power with a DMM or test light?

 

Pull the unit out and test the motor directly. I have changed pump motors on several types of cars and it was not hard at all. I also got the parts from O'reillys or NAPA.
