any assistance on really noisy rear brakes when starting out after it has been sitting overnight or for a few hours? It is almost like metal on metal sound, it goes away after you pump them off and on until the car sits again for a period of time. Any suggestions?

Ive noticed this problem to my noise itsn't real loud but bothersome for sure. I was told by a friend (who has the same problem) That it is something to do with what the brakes are made of.
