I had this problem with a 98 Ram Van a few years back but can't remember what caused it. When I'm idling at a light or when I start up if I have the air/heat running it will generally start to do a high pitched whine that doesn't stop until a little while after I start moving again. Any ideas? I've tried the belts and so far nothing changing yet.
