Default radiator fan?

I have a 2004 neon se 2.0 auto with a/c my radiator had a leak and I changed it out my question is now my passenger fan only works even with the a/c on is the driver the primary fan and should go on first and then the passenger fan when the a/c goes on or am I crazy. I am pretty sure both fans worked before I touched anything I switched the relays to see if that was bad because it was easy. Any suggestions?

I was walking down the street and a robot came out and said give me your money! I said NO the robot then punched me and I woke up a little bit later broke with a lump on my head! So I guess it would have been easier to just give the robot my money when he asked!

if you have the fans removed try checking the ohms on the fan post to neg an see what you get. Or try jumping 12v to that fan an see if it comes on unless its got a temp sensor built in. I run an after market fan as summers in Texas are 115+

not my question, though I thank you for your response! My question is should the driver side fan come on if the car is hot and the passenger side only when the a/c is on! right now I only have the passenger side fan on and only when the a/c is on.
