working on a dodge neon 2000 ... starts idles fine .. go to press on gas bogs down if I pump the pedle will increase rpm .. I have replaced plug and wires and pulled head and replaced all gaskets .. sent head to shop came back fine .. still having issues the the bogging down .. anyone help? fuel filter? MAP? sensers?
