i heard the the 1990 volvo 780 turbo (just the turbo itself) the turbo T3 fits on neon;s u ever heard of this>????

 

with the right flange on the turbo manifold it could possibly...Just find a match or do custom flanges

 

Yeah you should be able to use it long as you get a matching flange for it to bolt to. I'm not familiar with what turbo is on there. What is it? You might want to research specs on the turbo before you get one to make sure it will satisfy your needs.

 

You can make any turbo fit if you custom make a manifold and piping and have enough room for it to fit in the engine compartment.
