Default help!

hello everyone
it has been a while since i have posted here
heres an update on the 2k neon
i hydrolocked my motor in july and it took a month and a half to locate a good one. SO i was kinda LAZY in my search! (odo says 114k, vin on motor checks at 49k out of a wrecked 2k1). it cost me 400 for motor. it was 600 to drop it in. and another 600 to rewire all the bad wires in the harness, reprogram the computer, iac valve, and replace just about every gasket on the motor.
there went my turbo kit!!
some say ( im lying, just about everyone i know said) it was too much money and i should have junked it, but i LOVE MY car
so now......it is in the shop and is getting an evo 5 body kit!
also its getting a new coat of z33 sparkle black (350z)........ i spoil me!
ill post pics as soon as it is out of the shop

now have a few questions for you guys/girls...
does anyone know where i can get wheel studs for the neon?
let me be more specific,
i need longer wheel studs, id say about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch longer than stock
i was on jegs.com and this is what they have ".485 inch Knurl;12mm x 1.5 press-in stud features a .485 inch knurl 2.85 inch long" . what does knurl mean?

and odd request but id really appreciate the help

thanks

Knurling- The process of checking the surface of a piece of work by rolling depressions into it. I would think that it is the grooves on the stud that hold it in hub.

You are going to have to bang it in. I would just call Autozone and ask them what the size is on theirs. Or even simplar, call jegs and ask them if their product will fit in a stock hub.
