I have a 2005 dodge neon SE. The windshield washer pump wasn't working so we got a new one installed. Still isn't working. The lines are not clogged and we checked the pump by jump wires to the battery. also checked the plug to the pump one side has 12 volts the other side isn't showing any power, Is that normal? Could this be a grounding issue? Also, does any one know where the fuse for the pump is I have look everywhere.
