Default Replacement blubs

I'm kind of going for a blue theme for the lighting on my car, so the first step after my underglows is to replace my turn signal bulbs with blue(ish) ones, and to substitute my fog light bulbs with super whites to match my headlights. I'm pretty sure this is legal in my town, because I've seen several cars and trucks driving around with the blue bulbs. I've looked all around my town and on the internet for blue tinted versions of the 4157NAK (front turn signal), 899 (fog light), and 168 (side marker) bulbs that the manual specifies...I can't find any. Modernperformance.com sells 194 corner lense bulbs and 3157 bulbs for the 00+ Neons. I read somewhere that the 3157 bulbs can be used in place of the 4157s, so I've got 4 questions:
1: Can the 3157's be used in place of the 4157's?
2: Can the 194's be used in place of the 168's?
3: If not, where can I buy the 4157's and 194's?
4: Where would I be able to find 899 super white bulbs?
Any and all help is appreciated, thanks!

I'm kind of tired at the moment...but if my memory serves me right this is what I put in my car.

Headlights: 9007
Turn signals: 3157
Foglight: 893
Side Markers: 194

Fairly sure those are what I have in there, been awhile since my light bulb modding. LOL...if you can call it that. Have fun. I would just go hyper white instead of blue. Blue is not a good color to use. Hyper white has a blueish hue to them, but is not cop blue either.

start with the PIAA site. I'm going to be getting a new set of bulbs/fogs from these guys. I'll post pics once I'm done so that you can have an idea of what they look like.

here's a link to the bulbs I'm going to be using

I'd hold off on the blue turn signal lights until you find out for sure if your province or state laws allow them. Here in Alberta they are NOT legal.

Heres a few pics of mine. They are hyper white, NOT BLUE! They are LEDs as well. I've never had any problem with them from cops, but I would check your area. I know its legal for white or amber around here, but I don't know about your area. Enjoy. Hope that gives you an idea.

Are those Amber LED fog lamps? Maybe it's just me, but I think that white would have looked better? I really like the crystal corner lights, I'd like to pick up a set of those. How is your fog lamp rig set up? Do you have an aftermarket switch or did the car come with the lamps? I had an external switch on my 1st Gen Neon before it was stolen, it was too bad, because I liked that setup. [sm=smiley19.gif]

Nope, those are some eurolite fog light bulbs. I think they're just hyper white or their HID wannabe bulbs. I got film for my headlights and foglights. The fogs are obviously or not so obvious colored yellow, whereas the headlights are blue. Other then that, my fog light setup is stock. I would like to wire up my fogs so I can just run them by themself or with my parking lights. I like to drive with lights on during the day but my headlights are pretty bright so I'd rather keep them off as much as possible. Plus I like the look with fogs only, which is the main reason.
