Not sure what the torque on the moog end links should be, I torqued them to 30ftlb, still hear the noise. Also confirmed the new moog lower control arm assemblies came with a new pinch bolt which the mechanic did install. I feel I proved that it's not brakes by lightly pressing the brakes while going over bumps and the noise did not change.

 

You're a/c lines don't vibrate any do they while looking under the hood with a few engine revs under 3500rpm?
