Not sure. I don't have a lift. It's almost, if not, exactly in the middle of the engine block height-wise, so it might be more of a hassle to get it on and off a lift and be reaching up the whole time vs. just opening the hood and leaning/laying over the top of the engine.
Problem is you cant see it. You have to feel for it and its got one of those funky connectors on it so you cant see what you are doing and could possibly break the connector.
The easiest way to get to the oil pressure sensor is to remove the battery.
Took my mechanic an hour to get the connector off! It's a double lock connector. You have to pull up the top cap on order to release the connector. replaced switch. it's now fine. although he did replace the transmission mount while it was apart.
