Occasionally I will be driving (sometimes not even moving) and the check engine light will pop-up and I cannot accelerate over 2000 rpm. If i do accelerate above 2000 rpm, the car studders and bogs out, and the rpm guage wont move above 2k. In fact i start to slow down the more gas i give it at that point. But when I turn off the car, then turn it back on everything is well and the car drives normal again. This issue is very inconsistent popping up, sometimes 3 times a day, sometimes not for a couple days.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had similar issues or give me an idea what to look for? Im going to read the codes tonight, kinda at work right now.

I've recently changed the spark plugs and wires and the 02 sensor, and it was running fine for a month. This issue is relatively new so it wouldn't suprise me if i had a bad plug or wire. but the problem seems to reset when the engine is turned on/off so it makes me think it's something else. Do you guys have any ideas?
