Hey Everyone, Nice board here.

My Girlfriend has an 03 SXT Automatic trans. Its got 40K miles on it and its been giving us a little but of trouble lately. When under a load sometimes it cuts out, just a quick on/off loss of power and then goes back to normal. Sometimes it even cuts out while cranking on startup. Whats odd is there is no check engine light and there is no codes stored. I did disconnect the battery for an hour or so and it didn't do anything to change the problem...anyone else had this happen? Thanks

I know someone who's car used to do this, he would be driving and the car would just die! It turned out the battery terminals he was using were faulty somehow and were giving a bad connection, he wasnt driving a Neon (lol it was a 02 Taurus), but the problem does sound similar.
