Default odd sound from passenger front

after i got my 00 neon lowered ive noticed a tick tock sound coming from the passenger side front, i just changed the cv shaft tonight and its still doing the same thing... the sound, sounds just like a cv shaft, but its not at the same pace as the speed of the car. doesnt do it at low speeds, mainly 35+. when i accelerate the vlume is low, but when im coasting it gets REALLY loud... the car drives and runs like a charm... but its got me and 7 other small time mechanics stumped... any ideas??? please help, all replies are greatly appreciated

had the same prob bro/sis. what it is is your wheel is not tight enough. try tightening your rims or lug nuts and the sound will magically disapear. it shocked the heck outta me! peace

Found my hub caps catch wind and then click on the wheel weight that was out just a tad too far and was the source of my noise. Don't bug me much now I know what it is but also at 20 degrees outside I don't hear it much witht the window up either.
