Release Cylinder vs Slave Cylinder
Hi all, quick fyi I'm new here. I do a lot of work on whatever car I own but I'm far from professional and I tend to be bad at the terminology.
That being said, I need to bleed the clutch hydraulic system on my 05 neon (manual trans.)
The manual I have is very straightforward and refers to a "Release Cylinder." I tried looking up videos on the process online just to verify where everything is before I attempt it, but everything I see online only refers to a "Master Cylinder" and "Slave Cylinder." Is release = slave?
Thanks for reading!

The master cylinder is the fluid reservoir and the slave cylinder is what actuated the clutch. I'm guessing "release cylinder" is what they call the slave. Either way, here it is from the shop manual.
