Default 2000 Neon A/C

Hello
I got a 2000 neon and the Air has worked great. Now it just blows warm air I am pretty sure it is full of 134 and I checked the fuse under the hood. Also the blower motor works and the fuse is good in the dash and Ideas.
Thanks

How are you pretty sure it's full of R-134?

Jump the low side pressure switch and see if the compressor cones on.

I think I found it by the firewall on the square block that bolts to the evaporator. I took the wire off and jumped it with no compressor going on . Also should there be power to that wire I did not get any with my test light.
