Default 05 neon torque spec Automatic Tensioner Assembly 3 Bolts

05 neon need torque spec for the Automatic belt tensioner assembly plate , it has 3 bolts to the block. I think the book says 23 ft lbs ???

Engine mount plate or something like that. There's parts manuals/diagrams stickied at the top of the subforum

Default google says You need permission

My Gates timing set say 44 ft lbs but my Hayes says 23 ft lbs. Can you look it up for me? I have limited data usage. Thanks again
