Hello everyone, I've got a 2004 Neon with a no start problem. I have checked voltage to the starter motor relay. It's good. As well as the fuel pump relay.both are searching grounds through the PCM. I can remove the start relay and jump the pins to make the engine turn over, but I still have no fuel to the plugs. The engine will not turn over using the key, but this does put voltage to the relays. I'm suspecting the PCM. any clues?
