hello dodge forums, I’ve been looking around but still limited on information, I have a 2000 Plymouth Neon, Automatic, and I’m wanting to swap the transmission out for a manual. Before I begin the process I want to know what exactly I need. Can I swap a 1995 Plymouth manual transmission in there? Or would it be better to find a newer model with a stick? Are there any major things that will need to be modified ? (Like exhaust change, wiring change and such) I’m planning to do this with a mechanic friend but this would be our first major job/swap. Any Info you have is much appreciated.
