I'm having a strange issue with my 2003 neon.When I go out in the morning to start the car it will start fine but as the rpm begins to drop towards idle the engine begins to run very rough,the headlight and all interior lighting begins to pulse from dim to bright and the entire chassis of the car begins to shake up and down.If I attempt to drive the car it will either 1 stall and have trouble starting again or it will 2 have severe throttle hesitation and sputtering and won't go faster than I'd say 30kmh.The strange thing is it's will happen every time I start the car but it's temporary.first start in the morning it lasts 5-10 minutes but if I use the car through the day it'll be just 1-2 minutes.its very noticeable when the issue stops because it's as If something kicks in and the car runs like new.If anyone has any idea to what's going on it'd be greatly appreciated

 

Check engine light on or had it scanned for codes?
