2002 dodge neon fog lights stuck on?

2002 dodge neon fog lights stuck on?
Anyone else have this issue ? MY fog lights stuck on when I turn on the low beams. Even if the fog light button is depressed . If I figit with the button they flicker on off but remain on ? ANY suggestions?

I had the same problem in my '05 Neon. If i pushed the stalk forward, or if I pushed the fog light switch back in, The fogs turned off.
You have to replace the entire stalk to fix the issue. That was the only method that worked for me.
