Please help !!
I have a 2000 dodge neon and she has been randomly cutting off while driving for about a month now. It takes anywhere from 5 to 60 minuets ( depending on her mood ) for her to start up again . Once she's back up she'll either continue to drive like normal or she'll drive really sluggish ( again depending on her mood ) . Now with all that being said , last night she cut off on me again and as i followed my normal routine i noticed she started back up really rough . it's been about 12 hours now and she's still starting up really rough , shaking real bad especially when i come out of first & my acceleration and extremely slow . Any ideas on what's going on ?? please help !

Scan the ECM for trouble code clues & post All code Numbers, as they can help focus a trouble shoot.
Did the problem come about slowly over time, or suddenly after some event?
Next time it happens, try loosening the gas cap to equalize tank negative pressure & see if it makes a immediate difference. If it does, suspect the gas cap isn't venting the tank to equalize the vacuum build up as fuel is used, so replace the cap with a OEM one. Some beginning thoughts for consideration, let us know what you find.
