2003 neon

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon automatic we use for a racecar we need it to stay in first gear but it keeps automatic shifting to 2nd gear ...how can we keep it from shifting to 2nd. Is there a plug I can disconnect

You could try and find a manual valvebody.
