2005 neon sxt, I'm not able to find a replacement at the major parts online stores. Likewise, I tried to purchase a used one at ebay. Only the 2003 to 2005 neon have orifice tube in the ac system.

Are there any options? Would it be possible to convert the orifice tube an expansion valve like the 2000 to 2002 model?

 

I hate it when this happens. You're probably stuck with a salvage yard. I hope mine never dies...
