Default 2001 r/t Timing belt ?!

hi I just acquired a 2001 neon r/t from my neighbors, they say the timing belt snapped and I could get away with putting a belt. After digging around in the center console I saw a paper from a mechanic saying it had a code for po430, I was wondering if the snap caused this or my belt isn’t snapped and just need a new sensor. If it does need the whole kit to replace does anyone have a link to change it ?
anything helps thank you !

Need to make sure it has a timing belt installed first of all.

Passenger side of the engine. The code you listed pertains to the catalytic converter and has nothing to do with the timing belt. You need to verify the timing belt is not broken before attempting to start it or you will damage the engine permanently.

Oh, thats different...lol...there should be an inspection cover you can remove to see the timing belt.

If it’s an interference engine, yes,, need to pull the heads and see what damage has been done to the valves and pistons.
