Default ebay parts

i have found a lot of parts for my 2001 neon on ebay and was just wondering if it is worth it to spend the money on them. i especially noticed the cold air intake and the after market tail/head lights were cheap, is the quality as well? is anything on ebay worth buying or is it all b.s. can someone help me out?

Tread lightly on ebay. I've had almost 400 transactions and have been ripped off 3 times. The most important thing to look at is a seller's feedback. Avoid anyone with less than 97-98% positive ratings. Also, if the price seems really cheap, check out the shipping and handling charges, you can get burned there as well....

Know what you are buying, read the ad very well and read the feedback.

Honestly my theory is if it don't look right on Ebay move on to another ad, there are a million people sellin the same products, why take a chance?
