Re: a/c issue
I am new here. My car is a 2004 neon R/T with 151k on the ticker.
My problem is when I put the a/c on going down the road the neon has a slight miss or hickup feel. It only does it when I am driving and not idling. The missing does not increase with speed or less speed. It truly is one amazing little car. Also, I need to put a power steering switch on it.........WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

Welcome to the 2nd Gen Neon forum.
The miss feeling is probably the AC cycling on & off. With our smaller engine we'll feel the change in load more so than if we had a large bore V-8, or 6 cyl engine
Not sure what your power steering anomaly is but we have access to the FSM from links in the sticky atop the thread index page here https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...apacities.html, that can answer most of our Tech questions & help with troubleshooting a system. Scroll down to the bottom of Moderator darthroush posts page & click on the Red FSM year range for the vehicle & it'll open the Field Service Manual, then review the index page for the system we're interested in to see what the FSM has to say about it.
