A MAP from a like size turbo engine would likely be a good idea, maybe the TPS from the like size donor turbo engine too???!!!!

There is a check list of things for this code, but since it didn't happen until WOT was reached, maybe it'll shorten the suspect list???
Scroll down here P2074 Code: Manifold Absolute Pressure / Mass Air Flow - Throttle Position Correlation at Higher Load - In The Garage with CarParts.com & have a look at the 8 things listed to check out & see if any stand out to belong at the top of your suspect list.

Lol so the 98 valve cover had no pcv. So I put the 2005 valve cover on and I am no longer have high idle issues. And it is running on all 5psi of boost no issues

Ok good find, feedback & to hear all now seems well. Did you ever install that Double Wide brake pedal, so you could get Both feet on there, so to stop this puppy after a full blown windup!!!??? Don't need to hear your having to do a "Fred Flintstone" stop, thats a hole in the floorboard so you can get Both feet to the pavement to add drag stopping power!!! Got any rubber left on those tires now, you know are they looking more like racing slicks yet???

All that sounds good, did you also perform a full fluid flush / pump-out to make sure the boiling point in the wheel cylinders isn't compromised to boil / pedal fade???
