Motor mounts

Hello everyone I'm Nichole I'm brand new to this . I just got my first Dodge neon 2001 es and I'm kind of diving right into it. I bought the car for $300 and it has I know for sure at least two broken motor mounts I got the first one out and I'm going to start working on the second one in the morning which is the hidden one which means I have to take out the lower motor mount to get to the hidden one so if I have any questions I'll be coming on here to ask.
If you haven't bought new mounts yet, get all three. If the upper or lower is bad, the other isn't far behind. When I replaced the mounts on my PT Cruiser, they didn't look bad until I pulled them. The one in the middle is the most difficult to get to, but mine was still good so I left it in and replaced the upper and lower mounts. Is your transmission mount on the drivers side still good? I got mine off Ebay.

You may have an easier time than I did on my PT Cruiser. (Tall version of the Neon) My large hands and thick forearms had trouble working in the tight clearance on the passenger side of the engine. Be sure to put a wide block of wood on your jack when you lift and lower the engine. You don't want to break that dainty oil pan.
