Hey everyone so I have a question. My entire dash to my 2001 Dodge neon is gone and some of the wires are not wrapped cannot cause a drainage of my battery I took out the dome light because nobody ever answered me on that pretty sure my dome light was staying on and the fuse 13 that it says it was is not even there so I just went ahead and took the light out but my battery before change the light out was completely draining so I don't know if it was that or what but I just didn't know if these wires open down here can cause that can somebody please help me
