My friends 2000 neon has a decal on the trunk lid stating that its the 2000 Molson indy edition. what exactly does that mean?

I have to agree. Never heard of it and I don't think there was a Molson edition. Is that his favorite beer by any chance?

 

is it possible to provide pics of said decal? I've been unable to dig up anything on this one. All I'm able to find concerning the Neon having ANYTHING to do with the Molson Indy is races prior to the indy as well as some car shows.

 

I think its some ones favorite beer and they were a little tipsy when they claimed this. But I could be wrong.

 

i know that youll only find it on canadian cars. i know that hew did not put it on himself, i actually see these decals a couple times a week. if i can get a pic of it i definately will.

 

after googling it i found that it is a racing edition that takes places all over the world. the only problem is that it has no relation to a neon what so ever. maybe the guy watches the races or participates in them or something.

 

heh, the decal came on the car from the dealer. i see many other neons in the area with them. the molson indys are CART series races in canada. toronto, edmonton, montreal, and used to have vancouver, were all sponsored by molson.
