Default Running hot

I have a 2001 Dodge neon change thermostat change relay for fan change fuses for fan and it still running hot why¿?¿

Are you losing coolant??

Check the coolant level. Check the fan is operating properly, WHEN the engine is at operating temperature. Check the radiator for leaks. Check the upper radiator and lower radiator hoses. Check the type of coolant that is used. Have towed, if not able to find solution.
