Problem Solved
First of all I want to say thank you for those of you who replied to my post about the reverse problems and the vibrating to where I thought it would quit.
Turns out I had 2 broken motor mounts, a very bad leak in my water pump and an oil leak.
Got the 2 motor mounts fixed and the water pump replaced. They also replaced the timing belt. It has 105,000 miles on it.
Anyways.. when I am stopped at a red light or stop sign or wherever.. my car has a really bad vibrating noise like it's going to die then it hurries up and goes back to normal.. any clue on what that might be?

Could be the idle air controller on the throttle body. When your engine is at idle , the throttle is closed and the engine pulls air through the IAC to keep at idle
