I kind of doubt it, I've only seen 2 modded neons in my lifetime here...

Yes I mean a Neon club. Here in the Springfield area you can't go any were whith out seeing a neon of some kind driving around.

i stayeg in sprinfield/ eugene for a few months.... i love oregon....anyhow go to streetsourcemag.com...they show a lot of club listings in the nation that tell you what types they accept and contact info.
