The ZEX kit for the neon uses a 75 shot min and that could be used all the fing time. I think it goes up to 125 and also includes a 100 shot nozzel. Since the neon is so low compression it is the perfect canidate for nitrous or a low(8-10 psi) pressure turbo.

I'd go for the direct port wet system with a single fogger...but thats just me...
A 75 shot is safe on a single fogger, and people safely do 75 shots on stock bottom end (as long as there careful), just take it to a dyno, and stop adding once you hit 220ish whp. But if you want to be on the safe side and not fry your clutch, then go for a 50 shot...

Nitrous, like anything, is only as dangerous as you make it. If you use it every day, then you increase the chance of breaking something in the motor, or your tranny/clutch, not because nitrous is bad, but if you beat on any car hard daily, it'll break sooner rather than later. Tuning with nitorus is simple, the kit should come with a book, read it, install jets, and make sure your tuned properly!

Also get a purge, as leaving the extra N20 in the feed line once you close the bottle will eat the line away slowly, plus who dosnt like to look oh so cool and purge at a red light. lol.
