RE: cam or exhaust?
i'd go with a exhaust... ..since u do have the cold intake....stick to the are flow area...cold air intake to suck in bigger amounts of air.. now you need that exhaust to blow out all that extra air flow ....if you guys know of n e kinda single back exhaust i can use for my magnaflow hi-flow muffler..please let me know... i figured i could ask them at muffler man where they put in my muffler....how much they would charge to pull out my stock ...and put in a high-flow exhaust..with hi-flow cat.... would i be better off gettin a high-flow cat from on-line. then takin it to them......and what is a better inch pigpin. i believe i got the standard 2.25 piping...would it be better to make my exhaust 2.5 all the way back to the muffler.....?..... oh and about thew crane cam sauce boy? why not go with a #12 crane cam.???????

RE: cam or exhaust?
U will feel the difference in the Cam 10. I'd only go with the cam 12 if you're planning on doing major mods.
Info from Allpar.com
The SOHC engine makes most of its power between 4000 and 5600 rpm. The stock camshaft makes peak power around 5500-5600rpm and then falls rapidly. Crane's non-turbo cam (cam 10) adds power across the rev range and extends power pass the stock peak. It also makes more power from 5500 to 6500rpm where the engine needs it most. Even with the rev- range allowed by the Mopar or A/FX PCM, the turbo grind (cam 12) makes most of its power well pass 6500rpm where the cylinder head doesn't offer any additional flow.
BTW, I'd definitely go with the exhaust first.
