The thread title is the brand maker "Weapon R". I can say that I'm not really a fan of Weapon R, but hey, to each their own.

Why did you get eh weapon R? Isn't it a short ram, not a real CAI?

 

The ones I've seen are short rams.....I think they make headers as well........

It is a short ram, but it packs more punch then my old aem.

 

I got the weapon r is there a differance between auto and manuel. mine was terrible, did not fit. nothing to hold the trottle body, filter sat up to high to close hood properly. emailed weapon r they sent me a picture of the intake installed, i had one from when i orderd the stupid thing. now i have to call them and rip them a new one. they say you cant send it back once you try to install it. I cut it and made it work but i shoud not have to. my car is an auto they never said there was a differance. if you havent bought one dont, save yourself the trouble I wouldnt p**s in the if they were on fire. thanks for letting me rant. hope im not in trouble for the p**s

 

My car is an auto and my Weapon R fit in perfect. Did you get the Dragon intake or the hyper w/e? The Dragon comes with a bunch of different materials and extra piping, but only one of the pipes is used, and 2 of the rubber boots. The extra stuff is for custom fit and if you have a manual. It also came with a piece of metal to hold the intake in place. I used that and 2 zip-ties, and the intake does not move, so im happy.
