Default sway bars

How big is a SRT rear sway bar. I paid $5.00 for one. I have not seen it. My sister picked it up for me. No bushings on it. I need to order bushins for it soon. I've heard they are 17mm

Yeah the SRT's rear sway is 17mm...and the front is either 22mm or 24mm...

Front on SRT4 is 24mm I believe. Which happens to be the same size that comes on the neon....at least when I did my sway bars the stock bar was the same size or appeared to be the same size as the aftermarket sway bar I got which happened to be 24mm. If your neon didn't come with a sway bar then you will have no tabs on your struts to bolt up the rear sway bar. So the SRT4 sway bar won't really do you any good unless you get tabs or struts with tabs. 17mm is pretty wimpy anyways....I'm rockin with 24mm up front and 22mm in the back and it kicks serious *** with good tires.

I was about to say the same thing. 17mm probably wont do much. I have the Progress Sway Kit with 22mm on the back.

Well 17mm would be better then nothing. However it won't do him much good without the mounting hardware.

Mine came with a rear sway bar. I just figure for $5.00. It can't hurt.

Anyone know the part numbers for the stock SRT-4 front sway barbushings? I have the 24mm bar but the dealer is no help. I have a 19mm ACR rear. Should fit nice with the 24 up front.
