How do you get to the front dash speakers? I want to do a speaker upgrade, and those look difficult to get to.

 

if your talking about the tweeters in the dash... there are some screws in the defrost vent and you have to pull the piller covers off and then there should be screws on the side of the top of the dash too.. that should be about it for that... if your talking about the speakers on the door that may be harder depending if you have manual or power windows.....

 

I'm talking about the dash tweeters. Thanks for the reply. Do you happen to knowwhat size they are?

 

i think they are like 3 inches

 

they're 3.5 inches across. I'm not too sure about depth though, I would be sure that you don't exceed the standard depth by too much either.

 

i know they are very shallow...im thinkin like 2 inches at the most... just make sure that it doesnt stick up higher than the stock tweeters bc then it will push up and crack the little grill thats over the speakers.
