What's a good way to check compression? im sure theres a guage i could get, though a buddy told me that he checks his by pulling out one of the plugs and then rotating the fan and if he felt air coming up through then he had good compression O.o

also, whats a good way to check fuel pressure. I need to see how well my injectors are acting.

the easiest way is to get that gauge, then remove the plug and screw the gauge in, disconect the connector on the side of the coil pack, this way the car wont start, then crank the motor over.

That guage sells for about $10 and get a chiltons manual $16 so that way you can see what compression your motor should have. If it's below 60, your piston rings are worn way to far for any performance up grades. Look and save up for a rebuild or new motor. Fuel injectors can be bench tested at certain high performance shops.
