I have a 2004 dodge neon sxt. I have a cold air intake and a srt-4 straight thru design exhaust system with a stock catalytic converter. If I install the OBX headers on my car will it pass inspection. Also will it give me any significant gains if I keep the stock cat because on the neons it is already pretty high flowing without having to get rid of it completely. I know it won't pass inspection without a cat. This is my daily driver but also my project car.

I didn't find one yet, But I am looking for one. The after market stuff for the 03 to 04 neons is still being made it always comes out late. So until then I will settle with the stock.
